Learn how to efficiently edit an order in Keystone Mobile as an admin or staff member with this tutorial. Making updates on the go ensures accurate information and smooth scheduling.
Open the order you want to edit. Each section has an Edit button.
Under Property, tap Edit to update the address. Keystone Mobile will pre-populate just like desktop, and you can still open the address in Google Maps.
Under Scheduled Services, tap Edit to view the calendar. Select a time slot and assign services.
You can adjust start time, duration, and inspector, and mark them as requested, primary, or secondary. The job details summary also shows inspector drive time and distance.
Under Logistics, tap Edit to update details such as utilities and access notes.
In Contacts, tap the icon at the top of the screen to add or edit a contact.
Keystone suggests possible duplicates as you type.
You can update roles, attending status, and signing/paying. Tap the three dots to make someone a client. Use the text icon to send SMS messages with available templates. (On Smaller Devices You May Have To Scroll Down)
In Services, tap the Money icon, then Edit to update services or pricing. The layout now mirrors the desktop order form.
When changes are made, you’ll see a notice at the top of the screen.
Use the three dots to Discard Changes or Resubmit Order.
Resubmitting triggers any applicable notifications. A confirmation message will appear once changes are submitted.
