How do I resend a Haven Dashboard Welcome email?

Learn how to resend a Haven Dashboard Welcome email from your Partner Portal and what to do if the Haven Dashboard has already been accepted.

You can resend the Haven Dashboard welcome email from the Binders tab as long as the client has not already accepted their Haven Dashboard.

Resend the Welcome email
  1. Go to the Binders tab.
  2. Locate the Haven Dashboard you want to resend.
  3. Click the Options dropdown next to the property.
  4. Select Transfer.

This will resend the Haven Dashboard Welcome email to the client.

If the Haven Dashboard has already been accepted, the transfer can no longer be resent from your Partner Portal.
